I began my career at Deloitte in 1991 and bring more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and systems leadership.
I’ve held senior financial positions in healthcare, nonprofit, manufacturing, SaaS, retail, and professional services organizations, in both publicly held and privately held companies. I focus on practical, hands-on finance leadership for small and mid-sized businesses, often in the $3 million to $50 million range. My experience spans organizations from $3 million to $25 billion in annual revenue, giving me a broad perspective I can scale to the needs of a smaller team. My experience also includes international finance across more than 80 countries and finance integration for 27 acquisitions.
I bring that range to focused engagements tailored to each client’s priorities—helping clarify the issue, agree on the work that matters most, and move it forward with the team.
